Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away, downgrades take effect at renewal, and unused time is credited through Stripe.
What happens if I downgrade?
No sketches are deleted. If you exceed the Free backup limit, older cloud sync pauses until there is room again.
Do you offer refunds?
New paid subscriptions have a 14-day money-back window. After that, cancel any time to avoid the next renewal.
Is payment secure?
Payments run through Stripe. Sketchpad never sees or stores your full card number.
